• Returns need to be completed within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of your product
• Shipping charges are non-refundable and you will need to pay return shipping on the item
• Item must be in “like new” resalable condition including all of its original packaging
• A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns – without exception
• After fifteen (15) days refunds/exchanges will be issued as store credits only
• You will receive store credits in the form a coupon code that is valid at our site
• Certain products have exceptions or specifics that relate to those product – they include:
• Citronella Bark Collars – All Premier Citronella Bark Collar returns or exchanges are handled specifically by the manufacturer – Premier. Please contact them directly 1-800-933-5595
• Edibles and Bones – Due to their perishable nature these items are valid for returns
• Clothing – Most returns on clothing are due to guessing at the size rather than taking time to measure. If you do return a clothing item, it is your responsibility to thoroughly clean the item removing all dog hair. This can be done using a lint roller or sticky tape as a substitute for a lint roller. Again, if the clothing item is not in clean, hair-free, resalable condition, the return will not be accepted
